Damien has been a strong presence at vircom for a long time and has driven many projects and improvements to the modus product line over the years that have made modus a very robust and mature product. He pushed for various product simplification that have made the life of clients and technicians easier extending the life of the product. At a critical juncture recently, we had to make a very rapid switch to new technologies and he was able to get us new parters to keep the product pertinent and up-to-date very rapidly, within a week we were back on track and going good.

He led the website remake project and did an excellent job, including improving imbound leads and traffic. I'm sad to see him go.
