I worked with Damien as we were both part of Vircom’s Senior Management. He has great presentation skills, both in French and English; he can pitch to anyone. He is also very creative and always has ideas for new products and features, a must when you are in charge of Product Strategy like he is with Vircom; for that alone, he is a good asset to a technology company.
