Damien was my manager for a short but memorable time. His passion for the product, willingness to drive innovation forward, and dedication to excellence are key reasons why I decided to join the company.

Aside from being a compassionate and genuine person, he truly cares for an employee's development. He is quick to give praise where it is due, but also able to clearly point out areas of weakness without offending. He embodies learning, improving and I truly believe I am a better person thanks to him. Most importantly, he always made sure my needs were always met, and that I was engaged in what I was working on.

I hope to have the opportunity to work with him again in the future.
