Hard-working, whip-smart and effective. I enjoyed working with Damien because he never hesitated to challenge and question, while at the same time accepting and fully expecting to be challenged and questioned in return. Action-oriented, full of ideas, able to span the full technology spectrum and dig deep, he could also move the ball on the marketing side of things. I consider him a leader and strong addition to any product or marketing team.
