As a Product Manager within Damien's team, I had the chance to appreciate both his people and product management skills. His approach is structured and organized and he has a great experience in leading new products development within a agile software development methodology. The balance he has between technology and business sense is also reflected when it's time to follow up with his team, where he promotes autonomy while stepping in when required.
