Speaking from my perspective as a contractor, working with Damien had been an absolute pleasure. His directions were open and inviting but guided by a clear bigger picture. He understood the goals and concerns of every specialist and made accomodations that strengthened their purpose. It was his skillful management style that kept a remote team of specialists coordinated and focused to great success.
